DELIVERY & DISPATCH INFORMATION / TIMESCALES

FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY (see exceptions below) - Next Day Delivery is free of charge on all orders of any value to most parts of the UK with some exceptions listed below. Orders are shipped fully tracked with EVRI. Delivery days usually includes Saturdays but is not guaranteed (for orders placed by 2pm on a Friday).

DPD DELIVERY - If you prefer not to have your order delivered by EVRI you can choose to have it sent via DPD for an additional fee of £6.95. This is also a next working day service. This service Service excludes N.I, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands. Please select DPD delivery option at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2.00pm the same day and after 2.00pm no later than the next working day.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS:-

EVRI cover most of the UK with their next day service however some areas are not covered including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and some more remote areas of Cornwall, Wales and Scotland.

Our delivery commitment is to ship orders on a next day service (excluding those areas previously advised), however we cannot take repsonibility for orders arriving the next day and on occasion they may take a day or two longer.

International - we are unable to accept orders outside of the UK

Returns and exchanges

We offer a full no quibble money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your order. Please observe the following if you wish to return any goods to us:-

You should notify us in writing or by e-mail within 7 days of delivery of the goods.
You have 30 days from receipt in which to return your order.
You will have to pay the return cost of postage or collection can be arranged at your cost for larger items.
Only unopened packs or complete cases may be returned.
You must include your name and address details with any returned items.
All goods to be returned to - Unit 4 The Links Business Centre, Raynham Rd, Bishops Stortford, CM23 5NZ.
